|Recommended: YesBest kept secret in Sarasota — I have lived in a lot of apartment buildings in a lot of different places around the world, but Banyon Trail is the best run and maintained one I have ever been. Both Joy and Michael truly care about their work and responsibilities and it shows in their amazing service. I commend them for keeping their price point affordable and fair and going above and beyond in the product and service they offer. The only thing you will regret as a resident is when and if it comes time to move away.
