|Recommended: YesProperty Review — I have lived here since 7 2019 and love it . There were 2 matters with my AC not working . 1st time Oscar was able to get it fixed asap . 2nd time was really a nightmare cause it was going on a week and its only just me and my daughter there so no AC for a whole week really had me grumpy and upset . I had to buy fans for me and my daughter . I was able to get a new AC unit . Parking is okay . I never hear my neighbors which is great . The AC unit really was not on the staff because Oscar was really kind and was on the phone with corp everyday until we go this handled . I have not had any issues with my AC since I have gotten a new one October 2020 . The leasing office team is great I just love Leah Wont be moving anywhere until I get my house .
I really do recommend anyone .

|Recommended: YesFelt like home — This was a temporary rental, but the staff made us feel like this was home. Sorry to have to leave them. The buildings themselves were updated but older, so noise from interstate and neighbors arguing could be heard. All in all though we enjoyed our stay.

|Recommended: YesNice and Quiet — The maintenance dept is great and gets things done quickly and efficiently. The office staff is very responsive to any messages that are left and replies quickly if you do not get the chance to speak directly to them. I love that there is a love for the residents and lots of community activities. I love that it is family friendly and kid friendly community, yet it still has a quiet atmosphere about it.

I still have an outstanding request to repair the toilet next to the 2nd bedroom. The water does not stop running unless I turn off the water at the wall.
Repairs take way longer to be repaired than during the earlier owners. Vary disappointing.

|Recommended: YesThe property wasn't what I expected — We had a lot of issues on move in day. Some communication issues with the property staff about our actual move in date and what it entailed. On move in day the unit wasn't in the best condition broken door and cabinet, master bedroom toilet not working and other damage concerns. We emailed Leah who immediately addressed our concerns and most of our issues had been resolved. It was a bit concerning moving into a place with that many issues but thankfully we were taken care of quickly which eased our worries.
